Podcasts from All Saints

All Saints podcasts sermons each week. This means that sermon titles  are automatically sent to your computer if you subscribe to an RSS feed. You can then choose to download or listen to them. The sermons are also sent automatically to your iTunes podcasts if you subscribe through iTunes.

Below are explanations about how to subscribe and also, at the bottom of the page, are explanations about what the terms RSS and podcasting mean.

How to subscribe:

Right click here to add a Live Bookmark to Mozilla Firefox, or a Feed to Internet Explorer

Or add this address to your podcast program:

In Juice (iPodder) click on the green plus sign, or go to Tools and click Add a Feed and copy in the URL above.

?? What is rss? What are feeds? What is podcasting?

rss is a way to receive a regular supply (feeds) of articles, audio files or whatever you subscribe to. Podcasting is a form of this in which audio files (in this case the weekly mp3 sermons from All Saints) are sent to subscribers. It is a bit like email except it comes to your web browser or special pod software (iTunes, Juice etc). You can subscribe using Mozilla if it is your web browser, or by using iTunes or another podcasting receiver such as iPodder (Juice) etc. Click on the link above to see more options.  The audio files can then be played on your computer using your usual media player, or they can be transferred to your iPod or mp3 Player.
